DRF.com – Royal Enfield seems to be expanding its 650 model range lately. This is confirmed by the photos showing two motorbikes being tested on the road in India, it appears that the motorbikes use the same base. It is estimated that the names will be Royal Enfield Scram 650 and Classic 650.
Using the Same Platform
There are quite a lot of Royal Enfield 650 platform lines that have been marketed, including the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650, Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650, Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 and Royal Enfield Continental GT 650. Back to the spy shots of the 2 new motorbikes being tested, both have a motorbike design retro style scramblers and cruisers.
It will be equipped with a Royal Enfield 648cc parallel-twin engine which is expected to be able to produce around 46,6 Hp of power and a maximum torque of around 52,8 Nm.

Classic 650
It is estimated that the name will be Classic 650 because it is based on the latest Meteor 350 which is based on the Classic 350 which was then launched. That’s why it is estimated that the Classic 650 will likely be based on the Super Meteor 650.
Scram 650
Well… the Scram 650 is different, because the motorbike being tested looks nothing similar to the Scram 411. Or even the 300 and 350 model platforms are not the same, so maybe for the time being because the design of this motorbike is different. towards the scrambler, it was named Scram 650.
What differentiates these two models is in the undercarriage sector, the Scram 650 with upside-down suspension and the Classic 650 with standard telescopic suspension. Both use spoke rims and a pair of suspension at the rear which adds to the classic impression of this motorbike.
Royal Enfield itself has not officially announced the two motorbikes seen in the spy shots. So this is still just an estimate, it is possible that the 2 models will launch around July 2024 and go on sale in 2025.
