DRF.com – A motorbike manufacturer from China, namely QJ Motor, has just launched a new motorbike that will fill the middle class of large scooters with the QJ Motor Fort 350. This scooter, which was launched for the first time in 2021, but is still a prototype model, will compete directly with the Honda Forza 350 and Yamaha XMAX 300 in the Chinese market.
Similar Design Like Prototype Model
Less than a year after being introduced at the exhibition, the manufacturer has launched a mass production version that is ready for sale. By continuing to carry the same design as the prototype model, this manufacturer has its own design for this big scooter which is not inspired by other motorbikes or from the market leaders for middle class scooters in China, which is the Forza 350 and XMAX 300.

The QJ Motor Fort 350 has an aggressive sporty scooter design, as seen in the front fascia of this motorbike, it has a sharp and firm body. The headlights are LED complete with DRL lights like eyebrows. The braking that equips this motorbike is quite premium, because it is equipped with double discs at the front with calipers from Bybre which are usually used on scooters of 400cc and above. In its class, not many people use double-discs.
Same Engine as BMW C400X
For the engine sector, the Fort 350 is equipped with a 350cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that can produce 33,8 Hp of power at 7.500 rpm and a maximum torque of 35,2 Nm at 6.000 rpm, connected to a CVT transmission. This engine can also be found on the BMW C400X, but with a larger tank capacity of 14 liters and also a lighter weight of around 10 kilograms.
Other features that complement this motorbike include, there is a 7 inch TFT screen that can be connected to a cellphone and can display the navigation system and to control other things, it is also equipped with a TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) sensor to monitor tire pressure, a front camera or dashcam. and an electrically height-adjustable windshield.

The QJ Motor Fort 350 is available for the Chinese market with a price tag of 36.999 yuan or around IDR 80 million. When compared to its competitors in the same market, the scooter from the Bamboo Curtain country is much more affordable than the Honda Forza 350 and Yamaha XMAX 300 because both scooters are imported from outside China.
