DRF.com – Yamaha Motor India has just released the 2024 FZ-X model as a retro-classic style motorbike. Now the motorbike, which was launched for the first time in India in 2021, comes with 2 new color choices, making its appearance even fresher.
Retro Design with Modern Features
At its initial launch, this motorbike used the base of the FZ series but with a new body design in the style of a retro-classic motorbike. This motorbike is also equipped with a number of modern features such as full LED lighting with projector LED headlights and DRL lights, a digital LCD screen that can be connected to a cellphone. There is also an ABS system on the front disc brakes.

In this latest 2024 model there are 2 new color choices, namely the standard type Matte Titan color and the Y-Connect type Chrome color. These two colors come in other colors such as Dark Matte Blue, Metallic Black and Matte Copper. So, now there are a total of 5 color choices.
Machines and Prices
The Yamaha FZ-X is powered by a 1-cylinder 149cc Blue Core, SOHC 2-valve, liquid-cooled engine capable of producing maximum power of 12,4 HP at 7.250 rpm and maximum torque of 13,7 Nm at 5.500 rpm. The engine is connected to a 5-speed manual transmission.

Regarding the price, the Yamaha FZ-X is marketed in the Indian market with a price tag of 137.200 rupees or around IDR 25,8 million for the standard type. Meanwhile, the Y-Connected type is sold for 139.700 rupees or the equivalent of IDR 26,2 million.
