DRF.com – Honda Japan has just announced an update to their small motorbike, the Honda Grom, which is present on the market. This new model will be launched on March 14 2024, coming with new graphics and colors that make it look fresher and more modern.
Engine
The engine parts remain the same, with a 123cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that can produce 9.8 HP of power at 7,250 rpm and 11 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm. The engine is connected to a 5-speed manual transmission.
The Honda Grom is also available in the Thai market, the only difference is that it is equipped with an undercowl body as standard. Meanwhile, for the Japanese version, you have to buy these accessories separately. There are also other parts that can be purchased separately, such as a windshield, handguard and bag for carrying luggage.
Price and Availability
Honda Japan offers the Grom in 2 color choices, namely Pearl Horizon White and Matte Gunpowder Black Metallic which is equipped with ABS features, a digital screen display and a USB socket for charging. The 2024 Honda Grom is sold for 390,500 yen or around IDR 40.4 million.
